Concentrate on the hypothesis itself. Validate it with tests and involve a diverse group of experts. Input from business and domain experts is invaluable.

Decide if you should invest in scaling the solution based on the validation phase, or pick another one in the list to pilot.

8// Scale and Keep It Updated

Continuous monitoring and updates are essential. Market dynamics change, and your model should adapt.
